1. Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our North Carolina fulfillment center. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

2. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders $50 or more within the continental U.S. Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. For more details, see our [Return & Refund Policy].

5. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and many optics include extended protection. If you ever have an issue, reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate the warranty process.

6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.
