Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
