Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Risk of Loss

  • All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

  • Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at jp@mpeventures.com

  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
